Document signed. Signed by James Irvine, Vice President of the state of Pennsylvania. Order to pay John Boyd sixty-two pounds twelve shillings and six pence for his attendance in Council and for mileage going home and returning to Philadelphia. Rittenhouse was State Treasurer of Pennsylvania.
